After the great impact of the recent anniversary compilation, Playground Records continues its march at a steady pace with ‘A Cow Called Belle’, the new reference by the Swedish duo Elfenberg.
Viktor and Henrik propose an EP full of reminiscences of 90s house and acid rave, combining mysterious jungle elements, an intensive groove and lysergic arrangements.
On the remixes side, the album has the enchanting hand of the sorcerer from Guadalajara Iñigo Vontier who leads the original version of the track that gives the EP its name into a total trance. And the Brooklyn legend Juan MacLean, former DFA founding member and current Correspondant ambassador, who reinterprets ‘Ravers Association’ with just the right touch to break any main stage.
